I offer Personalized Meditation Practice for Mental and Wellbeing. With over 15 years of experience in Meditation Teaching, I offer Guided Meditation to help clients feel secure, deeply relaxed, and empowered to develop their own unique Meditation. Each session includes a tailored recorded Guided Meditation, beneficial for those dealing with anxiety or sleep difficulties.


What is Guided Meditation?
Meditation is a state of relaxation combined with increased awareness. It brings a sense of clarity and inner peace that allows us to explore otherwise hidden depths of our minds. Through guided meditation, we can strengthen the connection between our body and subconscious mind to achieve physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
Michelle Fortuna’s guided meditation is completely non-religious, easy to learn, enjoyable and can be practised by ANYONE.
What to expect from meditation classes?

In a safe, supportive environment, I take you through a guided meditation suited to those present. Each week we build on our skills while seated in chairs. Suitable for anyone new to meditation or who wishes to reconnect with their meditation practice.
