I offer a compassionate and person-centered counselling approach that integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and meditative practices. My aim is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. You have the option to choose between online sessions or a refreshing walk-and-talk counselling experience, tailored to suit your preferences and comfort. Together, we can work towards personal growth well-being.

Session fees

  • Initial Session - $120

  • Return Session - $110

  • Concession - $90
