My counselling approach is neuro-affirming, person-centred and compassionate, grounded in respect for each client’s lived experience. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you are supported to explore what matters to you, at a pace that feels safe and collaborative.
My work is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and aligns with ACA-recognised, evidence-based practice. Together, we focus on building psychological flexibility, self-understanding and values-guided change, while honouring neurodiversity, individual strengths and the complexity of human experience.
This gentle 6-week guided meditation series is designed to support your nervous system in a safe, welcoming, and co-regulating environment. Sessions are fully guided and practiced seated in a chair, making them accessible and supportive for all bodies and energy levels.
This group is especially supportive for people who:
-
Find it difficult to meditate alone
-
Experience stress, burnout, anxiety, or sensory overload
-
Are neurodivergent or living with chronic stress or illness
-
Are new to meditation or returning gently
Each session offers a calm, compassionate space to rest, regulate, and reconnect — with no pressure to “do it right.” You are welcome exactly as you are.
