My Story

I have been running Guided Meditation Classes for the past 12 years, with a love supporting people to connect with their body awareness and deepen their overall wellbeing and support.

My meditation classes are all about being accessible and take place seated in a chair. This is an intentional part of supporting present-time awareness and embodiment. 

I have a diverse background in healing modalities (Along with counselling and am currently completing my Masters). I like to work uniquely with clients and support them to connect with their intuition and inner guidance. 

I love supporting people to learn more about themselves and discovering gentle ways to support change or embrace acceptance of self AND, most importantly, to feel relaxed. 

I work with individuals and groups of all ages and love all aspects of my work.
